The Minister for Planning has granted approval to amend Planning Control Area 149 (PCA 149), originally declared to protect land required for delivery of the Morley Ellenbrook Line in Bennett Springs. The amendment involves removing a portion of Lot 624 Marshall Road, Bennett Springs that is no longer required to deliver the Morley Ellenbrook Line project, in accordance with Part 7 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, as shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan numbered 3.2770/5.
