Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 february 2022, are required by the personal representative david andrew hames and mark william kelley c/- lynn & brown lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to them by 27 june 2022, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
