Order approving a scheme to vary the charitable trust established by the will of Beryl Sheila Price. The will is varied to give $250,000 in equal shares to the Roberta Sykes Indigenous Education Foundation and the Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education for the tertiary education of Aboriginal women. Costs and expenses related to the scheme are to be paid out of the trust property. Clarifies references to the Australian Conservation Foundation.
