Notice of amendment to delegation to officers of certain powers and functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission. Under section 16 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the WAPC may delegate any function. On 28 April 2022, the WAPC resolved to delegate its powers and functions as set out in column 1 of the attached Schedule to officers of the WAPC and to amend the Instrument of Delegation published on 16 October 2016 to give effect to this delegation.
