It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Gosnells Local Planning Scheme amendment on 11 April 2022 for the purpose of amending the Scheme Map to include a DCA that applies to Southern River Precinct 3 to define the Contribution Area on the Scheme Map, modifying the existing DCA provisions within the Scheme Text, and amending the Scheme text by inserting the modified Attachment E into Schedule 8 of the Scheme.
