Made by the Chief Medical Officer, pursuant to section 67(5) of the Schedule of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) Act 2010. This determination may be cited as the Medical (Area of Need) Determination (No. 4) 2020. This determination comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The area of need specified in the Schedule is determined to be an area of need. This determination expires three years after commencement. Schedule: Radiology services in the suburbs of Bibra Lake in the City Cockburn and Marangaroo in the City of Wanneroo.
