Appoints a Royal Commission to inquire into and report on the affairs of the Crown Casino Perth and related matters. The commission will investigate the suitability of Crown Perth and related entities to hold a casino gaming license, the adequacy of the regulatory framework, and the effectiveness of the Gaming and Wagering Commission.
