$81 - application fee for transfer of a hatchery licence or a right conferred by a hatchery licence (other than a quota)
$454 - application fee for transfer of all or part of a quota as referred to in section 32(5) of the Pearling Act 1990

Pursuant to Regulation 9B of the Pearling (General) Regulations, in order to assist the commercial pearling industry to manage the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Heather Brayford, as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, waives part of the fees specified in the table below to the amount specified in the table below until 31 March 2021. This notice revokes the previous waiver notices made under Regulation 6 of the Pearling (General) Regulations.
