Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of shirley helen dee late of 277 warwick road, duncraig in the state of western australia who died on 22/02/2020, are required by the trustees, colleen shirley manzanelli and kerry anne dee, to send to solicitors for the trustees, templar legal pty ltd of p.o. box 8243, subiaco in the said state, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the trustees may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustees then have notice.
