Creditors, claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of beatrice eleanor payer, late of 30 third avenue, mandurah in the said state who died on 20 december 2019, are required by the administrators, robyn-anne harriott and jacqueline dianne murphy, to send to solicitors for the trustees, templar legal pty ltd, po box 8243, subiaco wa 6008, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
