City of Mandurah Cat Local Law 2019 made under the Cat Act 2011 and the Local Government Act 1995. The local law comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. It applies throughout the district. Requires permits for keeping more than 2 cats or operating a cattery/cat management facility.
