In the matter of the estate of frederick de lacy, late of rsl menora gardens aged care facility, 51 alexander drive, menora in the state of western australia, (formerly of 52 swanview terrace, maylands in the state of western australia) deceased (“deceased”). creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 20th day of april 2017, are required by the executor, bruce douglas havilah, to send particulars of their claim to havilah legal of level 2, 200 adelaide terrace, east perth, western australia, by the 2nd day of january 2018, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
