It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Karratha Local Planning Scheme amendment on 8 June 2022 for the purpose of amending Appendix 4, inserting new clauses regarding Cossack and Jarman Island Low-Impact Tourism Precinct, amending the Scheme Map to depict Additional Use No. 9 over Jarman Island, and amending the Scheme Map to depict Special Control Area.
