It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Karratha Local Planning Scheme amendment on 8 June 2022 for the purpose of amending Clause 3.1 Part 3—Zones to add “e) Special Use” and inserting a table under Part 3 within new a Clause 3.3—Special Use zones.
