Sharyn O’Neill PSM, Public Sector Commissioner, repeals Commissioner’s Instruction 1: Employment Standard and gazettes the public sector standards for recruitment and transfer in accordance with the Public Sector Management Act 1994. The instruction applies to public sector employing authorities, excluding appointments of chief executive officers, chief employees, and ministerial officers. It outlines standards for merit, equity, and probity in recruitment and transfer processes.
