In the matter of the estate of Douglas Mintern Ellis, late of Unit 115, 45 Berkshire Road, Forrestfield, in the State of Western Australia, engineer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 2nd day of March 2017, are required by the executors, David Scott Ellis and Roderick Douglas Mintern Ellis, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of 1 Regal Place, East Perth in the State of Western Australia, by the 23rd day of April 2018, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
