Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close all of the following waters to swimming between the hours of 7:45pm and 8:15pm on sunday 4th march 2018. Point walter foreshore, swan river. Area of closure—all the waters within a 150 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 32°0.617′s, 115°47.324′e, (approximately 130 metres northeast of the point walter jetty). This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
