It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the city of south perth town planning scheme amendment on 5 october 2020 for the purpose of— (1) replacing clause 4.3(1)(p) with the following— in the canning bridge activity centre, the r-codes apply to the extent specified in the canning bridge activity centre plan.
