It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme amendment on 26 May 2017 for the purpose of— 1. The following new paragraph (q) is inserted at the end of sub-clause (1) of clause 4.3 ‘Special Application of Residential Design Codes—Variations’— “(q) In respect of Lots 501 and 502 River Way, Salter Point, in order to reduce the impact of building bulk on adjoining properties, and consistent with the setbacks of the lots on either side, buildings are to be set back not less than 6.0 metres from the rear boundary of the lots. A greater setback may be required to comply with the Scheme and Policy requirements.” 2.
