These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995 and the Pearling (General) Regulations 1991, updating fees as specified in the tables.

Prohibits prawn fishing in specified areas within the Kimberley Prawn Managed Fishery.
Determines the maximum fishing days for area 2 of the northern demersal scalefish managed fishery for the period commencing 1 january 2021 and ending on 31 december 2021.
Limits the capacity of the Pilbara Trap Managed Fishery to 5,456 trap days for the 2021 licensing period.
Sets the maximum quantity of abalone that may be taken from Area 7 of the Abalone Managed Fishery during the licensing period commencing on 1 April 2020.
