In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the council of the Shire of Chittering resolved on 21 June 2017 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Chittering Repeal Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The following local law is repealed— (a) by-laws relating to signs, hoardings and bill posting, published in the Government Gazette on 20 August 1993.
