The City of Cockburn is empowered to undertake the construction of the Bibra Lake Sewer Stage 1 sewerage works approved by the Governor at the Executive Council meeting of 13 February 2018. The Bibra Lake Sewer Stage 1 sewerage works will be constructed in the Bibra Lake southern industrial area from the Newton Street Wastewater Pumping Station, Spearwood to the City of Cockburn Operations Centre, 52-54 Wellard Street, Bibra Lake to service the 29 lots listed in Table 1 in accordance with Plan 1.
