These regulations amend the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Regulations 2004. Regulation 3 is amended by deleting the definition of self-testing breath analysing equipment. Regulation 26D is amended. Regulation 26J is deleted. Schedule 1 Form 4 is deleted.
