Simon Baxter, Acting Inspector, approves the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for cycle road races. This includes races by West Coast Masters Cycling Council Inc. in the City of Swan on various dates, and races by Albany Cycling Club Inc. in the Shire of Plantagenet and Shire of Denmark on various dates. The suspension applies to specific regulations regarding stop signs/lines and cyclists riding abreast, under certain conditions.
