Pursuant to regulation 76(2) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014, Nina Lyhne, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport, specifies persons and bodies exempt from paying the theory test fee. This notice revokes and replaces notice RTADR-2016-201626, published on 22 November 2016.
