Pursuant to regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close the following area of water to swimming on Saturday 18 February 2023 and Sunday 19 February 2023 for the below times— • 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM • 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM • 5:00 PM to 5:15 PM • 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM • 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM • 8:00 PM to 8:15 PM Perth Waters, Swan River— Area of Closure:—All of Perth Waters bounded by a line commencing from a point on the south western shore at approximately 31° 57.709'S, 115° 50.937'E (approximately 154 metres northeast of the Narrows Bridge), thence southeast to approximately 31° 57.783'S, 115° 50.978'E (Port Marker 3837), thence southeast to approximately 31° 57.902'S, 115° 51.379'E (midway down the Mends St Channel), thence northeast to approximately 31° 57.658'S, 115° 51.556'E (starboard marker 1048, approximately 77 metres southeast of Barrack Street Jetty 1), thence northwest to approximately 31° 57.609'S, 115° 51.413'E 475 (western corner of Barrack Street Jetty 5), thence northwest to a point on the foreshore 28 metres southwest of William Street at approximately 31° 57.522'S, 115° 51.273'E, thence along the foreshore to the point of commencement at approximately 31° 57.709'S, 115° 50.937'E.
