Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel Notice MA406* as Published in the Government Gazette on 3 October 2014 and close the following area of water to motorised vessels until further notice—esperance: All those waters of Esperance Bay bounded by the shore and a line commencing at 33°51.657S, 121°53.778E (on the James Street Groyne); thence to 33°51.788S, 121°53.719E (approximately 260 metres south south westerly); thence to 33°51.801S, 121°53.629E (on the foreshore approximately 140 metres west south westerly). All coordinates based on GDA94.
