Revokes previous delegation instrument dated 10 June 2024. Delegates powers and duties under the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969 and its regulations to employees of the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety holding specified positions. The Minister retains the power to exercise these duties. No sub-delegation is permitted.
