It is hereby notified for public information that the legislative council has disallowed the following regulations made under the mining act 1978—the mining amendment regulations (no. 2) 2017 published in the gazette on 29 september 2017 and tabled in the legislative council on 10 october 2017. Disallowance is effective on and from thursday, 12 october 2017.
