Made under the Parliamentary Commissioner Amendment (Reportable Conduct) Act 2022 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council. The Parliamentary Commissioner Amendment (Reportable Conduct) Act 2022, other than Part 1 and Part 2 Division 2, comes into operation on 1 January 2023.
