Made under the Planning and Development Amendment Act 2020 section 2(1)(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Planning and Development Amendment Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation 2020. The Planning and Development Amendment Act 2020 Parts 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15 and 16 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
