Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 april 2023, are required by the executor, mr martin andrew reid, of care of jnc legal, suite 3, [contact details redacted] their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
