Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15th April 2021, are required by the joint executors, Mr David John Garnsworthy and Mrs Lesley Anne Garnsworthy, of care of JNC Legal, Suite 7, 99-[contact details redacted] their claims to them within one (1) month of the date of publication, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
