Michael Charles Rowe, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates to the holders of specified offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation all powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under section 51L of the Act. This delegation is subject to the condition that the powers under section 51L may only be executed for the purposes provided for by section 51L(2)(d) of the Act.
