This order amends the Electricity Industry (Solar Power Purchase Agreements) Exemption Order 2016. It updates clause 4(1) to list the following persons as suppliers: AGL Energy Services Pty Limited, Alectrona Pty Ltd, Continuum Solar Pty Ltd, CSP National Pty Ltd, Diamond Energy Asset Holdings Pty Ltd, Distributed Power Generation Limited, Efficient Homes Australia Pty Ltd, Element47 Pty Ltd, Green Peak Energy Pty Ltd, Lester Energy Pty Ltd, Origin Energy Retail No. 2 Pty Limited, PAE Northam Pty Ltd, Perdaman Advanced Energy Pty Ltd, Powertex Capital Pty Ltd, Protean Energy Ltd, Tai Feng (WA) Pty Ltd, Voltaic Energy Pty Ltd, Wesglo Pty Ltd, and Zeus Appollo Pty Ltd.
