In the matter of the estate of Carmela Maria Crucitti (also known as Maria Carmela Crucitti), late of 53 Bunya Street, Dianella, in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 9th day of May 2022, are required by the administrator, Giuseppe Crucitti (also known as Joe Crucitti), to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco in the State of Western Australia, by the 20th day of June 2023, after which date the said administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
