These regulations are the road traffic (events on roads) amendment regulations 2023. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations commence on 1 july 2023. These regulations amend the road traffic (events on roads) regulations 1991. Regulation 6(2)(c)(i) is amended to update the event fee table.
