Made under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 section 2(1) and (2) by the Governor in Executive Council. The Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 Part 2 Division 3 comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
