These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Regulations 2014. They define 'street rod vehicle' and introduce a reduced vehicle licence charge for classic vehicles (street rod vehicles or vehicles manufactured before 1990) under certain conditions, including membership in an approved motoring organisation and limitations on vehicle usage. Penalties are specified for non-compliance with label display requirements.
