In the estate of Helen Lucia Stephenson late of Howard Solomon Aged Care Facility, 91 Hybanthus Road, Ferndale in the State of Western Australia, shorthand typist, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 March 2023, are required by the executors, Winifred Alice Hazebroek of 39 Berehaven Avenue, Thornlie in the State of Western Australia, support worker, and Christopher Matthew Simeon of 23 Samuel Loop, Canning Vale in the State of Western Australia, sales manager to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
