Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates powers and duties under specified regulations to the Executive Director, Circular Economy, Executive Director, Assurance, Director, Operational Assurance, and Director, Environmental Science of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 11 dated 28 June 2024 is revoked.
