Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on the 7th day of November 2018, are required by the executor michael anthony haseloff c/- willcraft estate planning, an incorporated legal practice of suite 7, [contact details redacted] 6017 to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than 27th day of september 2019 after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims on hand.
