Creditors and other persons having claims in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on the 1st day of June 2019, are required by the executor Robert Peter Carter c/- Willcraft Estate Planning, an incorporated legal practice of suite 7, [contact details redacted] 6017 to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than the 8th day of november 2019, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims on hand.
