Pursuant to regulation 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I limit the speed of all motorized vessels to 5 knots in the following area; all the waters of the Swan River within 150 metres of the Stirling Bridge whilst indicated by in water 5 knot signage buoys. This notice will be in effect from sunrise 7th March 2023 until sunset 23rd March 2023. During the times and area stated above the 5 knot speed limit will override the 8 knot speed limit notice MA417 published in the Government Gazette on 1 October 2013.
