The Minister for Planning has approved, as modified, the abovementioned amendment to the Metropolitan Region Scheme. The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission plan 1.7917/1 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette. The amendment and the accompanying report on submissions are available online from 12 June 2020 at the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website www.dplh.wa.gov.au/mrs-amendments.
