The council of the City of Bunbury resolved on 13 August 2024 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Bush Fire Act 1954 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Bunbury Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2024 and applies throughout the district. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day of its publication in the Government Gazette.
