Made under the Biological Control Amendment Act 2016 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Biological Control Amendment Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2017. The Biological Control Amendment Act 2016, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
