Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2019. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2019. 1930 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 14 June 2019 Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2019 Part 2 Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014 amended r. 3 Part 2 — Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014 amended 3. Regulations amended This Part amends the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014. 4. Regulation 16 amended In regulation 16(1) insert in alphabetical order: park home means a park home as defined in the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Act 1995 section 5(1); 5. Regulation 28 amended In regulation 28(1) delete “10.8%” (each occurrence) and insert: 12% 6. Regulation 32 amended In regulation 32(1)(e) delete “is within 2.5 km of a conduit from which the Water Corporation is prepared to supply” and insert: supplies Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2019 Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Part 2 Regulations 2014 amended r. 7 7.
