Pursuant to section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I cancel Notice MA403 published in the Government Gazette 7 January 2022 and limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) Knots within the specified area of the Swan River bounded by specified coordinates, excluding the 5 knot speed restriction area at Elizabeth Quay.
