In the estate of Suzanne Nelsey formerly of 205/11 Jacobs Street, Bankstown, New South Wales, late of Mavis Cleaver Court, Unit 502, 14 Wootliff Way, Bentley, in the State of Western Australia, Office Worker, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 September 2021, are required by the executor, Carol Ann Chapman, c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, to send particulars of their claims to him/her at HFM Legal of PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
